Welcome back to day 3 of the July Release Countdown Teasers.
Today we're introducing a stamp set called Birds of a Feather.
Happy Bird-Day To You
Instructions
- A6 white card base (4" x 5.5" approx.) portrait
- Stamp owl, toucan and parrot in black ink on to 10 cm x 14 cm white card, masking each image prior to stamping the next until all images are masked
- Create background using ink blending technique with green and yellow inks
- Using markers, manually draw the grass and leaves to enhance the background
- Remove all masks, colour images with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen, then attach to card base using foam sheet cut to size
- Stamp sentiment in black ink
Like Birds of A Feather We Flock Together
Instructions
- A6 white card base (4" x 5.5" approx.) portrait
- Stamp toucan, flamingo, stork and parrot in black ink on to 10 cm x 14 cm white card, masking each image prior to stamping the next until all images are masked
- Create background using ink blending technique with blue ink for the sky and green ink for the grass
- Remove all masks, colour images with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen, then attach to card base using foam sheet cut to size
- Stamp sentiment in black ink
Happy Birthday To You Hope You Have An Absolutely Fabulous Day
Instructions
- A6 white card base (4" x 5.5" approx.) portrait
- Stamp budgies in black ink on to 10 cm x 14 cm white card, masking each budgie prior to stamping the next until all images are masked
- Die cut a circle aperture from mylar sheet (or your preferred medium) and place over the image
- Create background using ink blending technique with cerise and yellow inks
- Remove all masks, colour images with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen, then attach to card base using foam sheet cut to size
- Stamp sentiment in black ink

Some Birdie Loves You
Instructions
- A6 white card base (4" x 5.5" approx.) portrait
- Stamp stork and flamingo in black ink on to 10 cm x 14 cm white card, and mask both images
- Die cut a rectangle aperture from mylar sheet (or your preferred medium) and place over the image
- Die cut clouds from mylar sheet (or your preferred medium) to create cloud outline stencil
- Create background using the cloud stencil and ink blending technique with blue inks
- Using markers, manually draw the grass to enhance the background
- Remove all masks, colour images with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen, then attach to card base using foam sheet cut to size
- Stamp sentiment in black ink
