September Release Countdown Teasers Day 1: Balloon Bunch Halloween

The countdown teasers kick off today and we would like to start by introducing our Guest Designer for September.

We are super duper excited and over the moon to be welcoming Francine Vuillème as guest designer for this month.  Francine is an incredible talent and we have been a big fan of hers for quite sometime now!  We feel very privileged to have her join us for the September countdown teasers.

There are six new stamp sets coming on the 1st of September and today we're introducing a stamp set called Balloon Bunch Halloween.

Happy Halloween

Instructions

• DL white card base (4" x 8.5" approx.) portrait
• Mask off a border using washi tape on 10 cm x 20 cm white card
• Ink blend background using mini ink blending tool with three shades of blue inks
• Add starry sky detail using white ink spray, then add haunted house and bat silhouettes using stencil with mini ink blending tool and black ink
• Remove washi tape and adhere to card base using foam sheet cut to size and adhesive roller
• Stamp balloons and witches in black ink on to separate white card, colour with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen
• Cut out balloons and witches with scissors and adhere to card using foam pads
• Stamp speech bubbles and sentiments in black ink on to separate white card, cut out with scissors and adhere to card with foam pads

Witching You Nothing But Treats

Instructions

• A6 white card base (4" x 5.5" approx.) portrait
• Die cut large rectangle aperture from mylar sheet to create reusable stencil
• Position custom made stencil centrally on top of 10 cm x 14 cm white card and secure in place with washi tape
• Ink blend background using mini ink blending tool with blue, green and yellow inks
• Add starry sky detail using white ink spray and add building silhouettes using stencil and mini ink blending tool with black ink, then remove stencil
• Allow to dry thoroughly before stamping sentiment on top with watermark ink, sprinkle over white embossing powder and set with heat tool
• Adhere to card base using foam sheet cut to size and adhesive roller
• Stamp balloons and witches in black ink on to separate white card, colour with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen
• Cut out balloons and witches with scissors and adhere to card using foam pads

Park Your Broom & Sit For A Spell

Instructions

• A6 white card base (4" x 5.5" approx.) portrait
• Die cut large rectangle aperture from mylar sheet to create reusable stencil
• Position custom made stencil centrally on top of 10 cm x 14 cm white card and secure in place with washi tape
• Stamp nighttime backdrop in black ink and mask
• Ink blend background using mini ink blending tool with blue and cerise inks
• Add starry sky detail using white ink spray, then remove all masks and colour images with markers
• Allow to dry thoroughly before stamping sentiment on top with watermark ink, sprinkle over white embossing powder and set with heat tool
• Adhere to card base using foam sheet cut to size and adhesive roller
• Stamp balloon and witches in black ink on to separate white card, colour with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen
• Cut out balloon and witches with scissors and adhere to card using foam pads
