Fairy Tale Mermaid & Cooling Off

Today we're sharing a couple of cards using Fairy Tale Mermaid, Cooling Off and Scene It More.

Have A Magical Birthday

Instructions

  • A6 white card base (4" x 5.5" approx.) portrait
  • Stamp mermaid in black ink on to 10 cm x 14 cm white card, mask and then stamp beach background, mask this too
  • Create background using ink blending technique with blue ink for the sky and yellow ink for the sand
  • Remove all masks, colour images with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen
  • Attach to card base using foam sheet cut to size
  • Stamp sentiment with black ink

Today we're sharing a card using a set called Cooling Off.

It's Not The Age But The Mileage & Condition That Counts

Instructions

  • A6 white card base (4" x 5.5" approx.) portrait
  • Stamp sunray background with white pigment ink on to 10 cm x 14 cm yellow card and adhere to card base using foam sheet cut to size
  • Die cut stitched hillside from green card stock
  • Stamp sentiment with watermark ink, sprinkle over white embossing powder, then set and emboss with heat tool
  • Adhere hillside to card using adhesive roller
  • Stamp hippos with black ink on to separate white card, colour using markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen
  • Die cut hippos and adhere to card using foam pads

Today we're sharing a card using a set called Cooling Off.

  • A6 white card base (4" x 5.5" approx.)
  • Stamp sun rays onto 10 cm x 14 cm yellow card with white pigment ink and adhere to card base
  • Die cut stitched hillside from green card and adhere to card with foam pads
  • Stamp sentiment with watermark ink, sprinkle over white embossing powder, then set and emboss with heat tool
  • Stamp hippos with black ink and colour with markers
  • Add highlight detail to hippos and lollies using white gel pen
  • Die cut hippos and adhere to card with foam pads
