January Release Countdown Teasers Day 4: Key To My Heart

Welcome back to day 4 of the January Release Countdown Teasers.

Today we're introducing a stamp set called Key To My Heart.

    You Hold The Key To My Heart

    Instructions

    • A6 white card base (4" x 5.5" approx.) portrait
    • Stamp gazebo in black ink on to 10 cm x 14 cm white card and mask
    • Die cut large rectangle aperture from mylar sheet to create reusable stencil
    • Position custom made stencil centrally to frame gazebo and secure in place with washi tape
    • Ink blend background using mini ink blending tool with orange and yellow inks
    • Remove stencil and mask, colour image with markers, adding further details manually
    • Adhere to card base using foam sheet cut to size and adhesive roller
    • Stamp pigs in black ink on to separate white card, colour with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen
    • Cut out pigs with scissors and adhere to card using foam pads
    • Stamp sentiment in black ink

     

    You Hold The Key To My Heart

    Instructions

    • Die cut tags from both white and red card
    • Die cut a decorative edge along the bottom and a small heart aperture in the center of the red tag
    • Stamp diagonal stripes in white pigment ink into 5 cm x 5 cm kraft card and adhere to white card, centrally, using adhesive roller
    • Adhere the red tag on top of the white tag using foam pads for dimension
    • Die cut hole reinforcement from kraft card and adhere to tag using glue pen
    • Stamp characters in black ink on to separate white card, colour with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen
    • Cut out characters with scissors and adhere to tag using foam pads
    • Stamp sentiment in black ink
    • Attach twine and tie in a bow

     

    You Hold The Key To My Heart

    Instructions

    • Stamp gazebo in black ink on to 10 cm x 14 cm white card and mask

    • Ink blend background using mini ink blending tool with cloud outline stencil and blue ink as well as hill outline stencil and green ink
    • Add grass detail using mini ink blending tool with grass stencil and a darker shade of green ink
    • Remove stencil and mask, colour gazebo with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen
    • Adhere to card base using foam sheet cut to size and adhesive roller
    • Stamp bears and balloons in black ink on to separate white card, colour with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen
    • Cut out bears and balloons with scissors and adhere to card using foam pads
    • Stamp sentiment in black ink
