January Release Countdown Teasers Day 1: Gnome One Like You

Hope you had a lovely Christmas, ours was a little more subdued than usual but nevertheless enjoyable. 

It feels surreal to be kicking off the countdown teasers for our January release, what a year we've all endured, we can only hope 2021 is kinder. 

There are six new stamp sets coming on the 1st of January and today we're introducing a stamp set called Gnome One Like You.

    Gnomebody Loves You Like I Do

     

    Instructions

    • A6 white card base (4" x 5.5" approx.) portrait
    • Stamp background trees in black ink on to 10 cm x 14 cm white card and mask
    • Ink blend background using mini ink blending tool with cloud outline stencil and blue and green ink
    • Remove mask, colour image with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen
    • Adhere to card base using foam sheet cut to size and adhesive roller
    • Stamp gnome couple in black ink on to separate white card, colour with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen
    • Cut out gnome couple with scissors and adhere to card using foam pads
    • Stamp sentiment in black ink

     

    I Love You Gnome Matter What

     

    Instructions

    • A6 white card base (4" x 5.5" approx.) landscape
    • Die cut large rectangle aperture from mylar sheet to create reusable stencil
    • Position custom made stencil centrally on top of 10 cm x 14 cm white card, landscape orientation, and secure in place with washi tape
    • Ink blend background using mini ink blending tool with cloud outline stencil and blue ink
    • Remove stencil and adhere to card base using foam sheet cut to size and adhesive roller
    • Stamp scene in black ink on to separate white card, colour with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen
    • Cut out scene with scissors and adhere to card using foam pads
    • Stamp gnomes in black ink on to separate white card, colour with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen
    • Cut out gnomes with scissors and adhere to card using foam pads
    • Stamp sentiment in black ink

     

    There's Just Gnome One Like You

     

    Instructions

    • A6 white card base (4" x 5.5" approx.) portrait
    • Ink blend background on to 10 cm x 14 cm white card using mini ink blending tool with two shades of pink ink
    • Add heart pattern on top using stencil and mini ink blending tool with white pigment ink
    • Remove stencil and adhere to card base using foam sheet cut to size and adhesive roller
    • Stamp trees in black ink on to separate white card, colour with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen
    • Cut out trees with scissors and adhere to card using foam pads
    • Stamp gnome in black ink on to separate white card, colour with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen
    • Cut out gnome with scissors and adhere to card using foam pads
    • Stamp sentiment in black ink
