December Release Countdown Teasers Day 2: Year of You

Welcome back to day 2 of the December Release Countdown Teasers.

Today we're introducing a stamp set called Year of You.

This is Your Year

Instructions

• DL white card base (4" x 8.5" approx.) portrait
• Ink blend block pattern background on to 9.5 cm x 19.5 cm white card, using stencil and mini ink blending tool with pale blue ink
• Adhere to card base using foam sheet cut to size and adhesive roller
• Die cut star from pale green card and adhere to card base using foam pads
• Stamp characters in black ink on to separate white card, colour with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen
• Cut out characters with scissors and adhere to card using foam pads
• Stamp sentiment in black ink

Instructions

• Die cut tags from both gold and red card
• Die cut a decorative edge along the bottom and a small star aperture in the center of the red tag
• Stamp sentiment on red tag in watermark ink, sprinkle over gold embossing powder and set with heat tool
• Adhere the red tag on top of the gold tag using foam pads for dimension
• Die cut hole reinforcement from gold card and adhere to tag using glue pen
• Stamp character in black ink on to separate white card, colour with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen
• Cut out character with scissors and adhere to tag using foam pads
• Attach twine and tie in a bow

Instructions

• A6 white card base (4" x 8.5" approx.) landscape
• Die cut large oval aperture from mylar sheet to create reusable stencil
• Position custom made stencil centrally on top of 10 cm x 14 cm white card, landscape orientation, and secure in place with washi tape
• Ink blend background using stencil and mini ink blending tool with blue ink
• Add lantern detail on top using stencil and mini ink blending tool with white pigment ink
• Remove both stencils and adhere to card base using foam sheet cut to size and adhesive roller
• Stamp sentiment in black ink
• Stamp characters in black ink on to separate white card, colour with markers and add white highlight detail with gel pen
• Cut out characters with scissors and adhere to card using foam pads
